A clear approach to privacy.

Project enquiries.

The enquiry form asks for your name, city or neighbourhood, project details, and an email address or phone number. If you attach an estimate, its quantities and starting costs are included. We use this information to discuss your project and respond to you.

Online messages are sent to the business by an email delivery provider. Sending is confirmed only when the provider accepts the message. A technical failure does not produce a success confirmation. The form does not subscribe you to marketing or send your contact details to advertising platforms.

Your cost estimate.

The calculator runs in your browser. It does not ask for your contact details or send a calculation to us as you edit it. Choosing “Use this in my enquiry” carries quantities to the contact page; they are sent to us only when you submit the enquiry.

Technical information.

The web server receives the information necessary to serve a request. The enquiry endpoint uses a temporary network-address counter to limit repeated submissions and a temporary request fingerprint to avoid duplicate messages. It does not store enquiries in a website database. The email provider and the business mailbox process and retain email according to their own arrangements.

External communication services.

WhatsApp and your email application are separate services. Opening those links takes you to the service you choose; its own privacy settings and policies apply.
