Yes. We can supply your flooring materials and install them, or provide installation if you already have your flooring. Tell us about your space and the finish you have in mind so we can discuss suitable options. Material supply and installation are itemised in your written quote; the advertised starting labour rates do not include materials.
The displayed rates are starting prices for installation labour in Canadian dollars. Flooring materials, removal, subfloor leveling, stairs, baseboards and other finishing work are quoted separately. We confirm the scope, applicable taxes and final price before you book.
We can review your building’s flooring bylaws, product specifications and access requirements with you. Acoustic requirements vary by building. Obtain any required written strata approval before installation is scheduled.
The schedule depends on the size of your space, the installation method, removal and subfloor preparation. Share your project details and we will discuss a realistic timeline, then confirm it after assessing the space.
Yes. Removal and disposal, floor preparation, baseboards, transitions and stair nosings can be included in your project. Each item is identified in the quote so you can see exactly what is planned.
