Floating, nail-down and bonded methods are not interchangeable for every product. We review the board construction, approved methods and subfloor before confirming the work. Our displayed starting rate is for floating installation labour.

Moisture assessment, storage and acclimation requirements are product-specific. We discuss these with you before installation rather than promising one universal waiting period.

Stair nosings, vents and adjoining tile can affect the finished appearance and height. These details are reviewed with the material choice, then identified separately in the written scope.
Can engineered hardwood be refinished?
That depends on the product’s wear layer, construction and condition. Do not assume a particular number of sandings. Consult the manufacturer’s guidance for the exact flooring you are considering.
