Laminate flooring installation in Burnaby.

MAKE THE PLAN SPECIFIC

Laminate, with your space in mind.

In a Burnaby strata property, laminate selection and underlayment should be reviewed together. In a detached home, room connections and any stair components may be the bigger scope decisions. We assess your situation rather than assume one standard package.

Pick a product around your life.

Colour is only one part of the choice. Room use, cleaning requirements, wear classification and the manufacturer’s water-exposure limits should all be considered. We can review your chosen product before installation is booked.

A useful first conversation.

Our Burnaby hardwood project combined a floating floor over plywood with stair nosings and tile transitions. If your project includes stairs, discuss matching components before ordering flooring.

• Your neighbourhood and approximate floor area
• The current floor and any removal needed
• The product you are considering, if already chosen
• Stairs, room connections and any building requirements
