A brighter Downtown condo

THE PROJECT

A look beyond the finish.

A laminate upgrade in a Downtown Vancouver high-rise, with acoustic underlayment, fitted edges beside floor-to-ceiling windows and transitions between spaces.

What mattered here.

Condo renovations need a plan for the building as well as the floor. Acoustic documentation and access arrangements should be checked for the specific strata.
