Inside corners, outside corners, door casings and height changes all affect the finished line. We measure the required lengths and plan joins with the room’s shape in mind.
Agree on the finishing scope.
Material supply, removal, caulking, nail-hole filling and painting are separate scope decisions. The written quote states what is included; the starting installation rate is not a promise of every finishing trade.
