Luxury vinyl plank installation in Richmond.

MAKE THE PLAN SPECIFIC

Vinyl plank, with your space in mind.

Our Richmond vinyl project covered 1,850 sq ft using SPC flooring with integrated cork underlayment. For a new project, the exact product’s attached-pad and moisture specifications still need to be checked; that example is not a universal installation recipe.

Choose for the room, not just the colour.

Click-lock and glue-down vinyl use different installation methods. We discuss the room’s use, the product instructions and the existing surface before agreeing on the approach. Water-resistance and wear claims depend on the specific product and its warranty.

A useful first conversation.

The Richmond portfolio includes a 1,850 sq ft vinyl installation and a 1,950 sq ft engineered hardwood project. Their materials and installation scopes offer different reference points for your own renovation.
