Luxury vinyl plank installation in Vancouver.

MAKE THE PLAN SPECIFIC

Vinyl plank, with your space in mind.

For a Vancouver condo, bring the exact vinyl product information and the strata’s acoustic requirements. An attached pad is not a blanket approval: we review the assembly and any additional underlayment restrictions before installation.

Choose for the room, not just the colour.

Click-lock and glue-down vinyl use different installation methods. We discuss the room’s use, the product instructions and the existing surface before agreeing on the approach. Water-resistance and wear claims depend on the specific product and its warranty.

A useful first conversation.

Tell us the neighbourhood, approximate floor area, existing surface and whether the space will be occupied. Those details help us plan a useful measurement visit.

• Your neighbourhood and approximate floor area
• The current floor and any removal needed
• The product you are considering, if already chosen
• Stairs, room connections and any building requirements
